All Units Newly Manufactured
This automotive AC compressor new series uses only new components:
• Compressor body: New cast housing, new pistons/swash plate, new valve plate assembly
• Clutch assembly: New coil, new engagement surface, new pulley bearing
• Seals: New O-rings and gaskets, pre-installed at factory
Remanufactured units cost less but typically last no more than 60% of a new unit's service life, with higher failure rates. New units are validated to OE durability standards before shipping.
BH67101 - Audi Q5 Variable (New)
6SEU14C externally controlled variable displacement, PV6 pulley. Includes a new control valve calibrated to Audi Q5 ECU logic - no recalibration needed.
BH32105 - Honda Accord 2.4 (New)
10S17C fixed displacement, PV7 pulley. New housing mounting feet machined to Honda original drawing tolerances, matching the original bracket bolt holes.
BH51117 - Hyundai Tucson (New)
10PA17C fixed displacement, PV6 pulley. New clutch coil resistance set to Hyundai original specification, matching the original relay and protection circuit.
BH73104 - Foton Auman GTL (New)
6K17C fixed displacement, 24V, PV6 pulley. Housing wall thickness and bearing specification configured for 24V commercial vehicle higher load standards.
