Tested on Real Heat Pump Systems
The core component of a variable displacement air compressor is the control valve. We use high-quality Japanese control valves for fast response and smooth adjustment performance.
Each batch is tested on a heat pump test bench, with operating conditions ranging from -10°C to +40°C. We also conduct a 500-hour endurance test to ensure long-term stability.
No valve sticking, instability, or performance loss is allowed. All test data is fully traceable for quality assurance.
