Agricultural AC Compressor Replacement

This series covers direct-fit agricultural AC compressor replacement units for combines, rice transplanters, and tractors from Kubota, CLAAS, John Deere, AGCO, Case IH, New Holland, and FENDT. Available in 12V and 24V, with pulley types including Single A, 2A, 6PK, and PV8. Each unit is a direct bolt-on replacement for the original compressor - no modification required.

 

When a compressor fails, wrong selection (incorrect pulley grooves, mounting feet offset, or port angle mismatch) causes belt misalignment, hose interference, or failure to mount. Each agricultural AC compressor replacement model in this series is built to the original compressor's housing dimensions, mounting hole spacing, port angle, and pulley specification.

BH50143 - CLAAS Combine

10PA15C platform, 155cc. PV8 pulley matches CLAAS OEM crankshaft pulley - no belt tension adjustment needed. Suction/discharge port angles follow CLAAS combine hose routing; no bending or adapters required.

BH23310 - AGCO Combine 24V

24V clutch coil matches AGCO 24V electrical system directly - no transformer or coil replacement. 6PK pulley face runout held within 0.15mm to prevent belt tracking issues at high RPM.

BH23319 - Case IH Tractor 12V

2A double-groove pulley. If one belt slips or breaks, the second groove maintains compressor operation - suited to Case IH tractors under continuous heavy load. Mounting feet match Case IH bracket hole spacing; original bolts can be reused.

BH56103 - Kubota Combine Long Foot

"Long foot" refers to extended mounting feet forward, matching Kubota 6327A bracket structure. Single A pulley is the most common drive type on Kubota combines. Compact housing fits Kubota's narrow engine compartment without interference.

This agricultural AC compressor replacement series is designed for aftermarket service. Replace the original compressor when:

• Cooling output drops or stops (internal wear reduces compression efficiency)
• Abnormal noise or seizure (bearing or internal mechanical failure)
• Clutch slip or burned coil (open circuit or worn engagement surface)
• Refrigerant leak at housing (seal corrosion or casing crack)

Each model matches original mounting feet, port dimensions, and pulley specification. No additional modification parts required.

Leak test: Housing charged with high-pressure nitrogen and held to detect leaks. Housing seal integrity determines how long refrigerant stays in the system.

Clutch function test: Rated voltage applied to verify smooth engagement and clean release. High engagement voltage causes slip; incomplete release keeps the compressor running.

Dynamic balance: Pulley assembly tested at high RPM; units exceeding vibration limits are rejected. Poor balance causes premature pulley bearing wear.

Mounting dimension inspection: Mounting hole spacing, housing length, and port angle checked against gauges. Dimensions deviating more than ±0.5mm are not shipped.
