Built for Tough Farm Work
This series covers tractor air conditioning compressor units for John Deere, Case IH, AGCO, FENDT, New Holland, and Kubota. The key difference from the agricultural replacement series: this line addresses mounting position variations within the same brand - specifically John Deere tractors with "front" and "rear" mounting feet, covered by BH32125 and BH32126 respectively. Case IH (12V) and AGCO (24V) models cover different voltage and drive requirements.

Model Details
BH32125 - John Deere Front Mount (Short Housing)
Some John Deere tractor model years mount the compressor at the engine front, near the radiator. Space is limited, so the housing is short - total length 25mm shorter than the rear-mount version. Mounting feet are at the housing front, using the forward bracket fixing point. Pulley face aligns with the crankshaft pulley plane; no shims needed for belt alignment. Corresponds to John Deere part number DCP99520.
BH32126 - John Deere Rear Mount (Long Housing)
Other John Deere tractors mount the compressor at the engine rear, near the cab. Without the radiator space constraint, the housing is longer. Mounting feet are at the housing rear, using the rearward bracket fixing point. Suction/discharge port directions are reversed compared to the front-mount version, matching rear-position hose routing. Corresponds to John Deere part number RE284680.

The two models are not interchangeable. Confirm the original compressor mounting position, or provide the tractor model and year for our confirmation.
BH23319 - Case IH 12V
Case IH tractors use 12V electrical systems. 2A double-groove pulley: if one belt slips or breaks, the second groove maintains operation - suited to continuous heavy-load work. Mounting feet follow Case IH standard hole spacing; original bolts can be reused.
BH23310 - AGCO 24V
AGCO combines and some large tractors use 24V systems. 24V clutch coil matches directly. 6PK pulley matches AGCO multi-groove drive. Pulley material is ductile iron, phosphated, with belt contact surface roughness held below Ra1.6 to reduce belt wear.
Selection Guide (John Deere)
John Deere tractor air conditioning compressor selection is the most complex among agricultural brands. Mounting position and fixing method vary by model year, horsepower range, and cab configuration. Wrong selection means the compressor cannot be mounted or hoses cannot connect.
Step 1: Confirm mounting position
Open the engine hood and observe the compressor location:
• Compressor behind radiator, at engine front → Front mount → BH32125
• Compressor below cab, at engine rear → Rear mount → BH32126
Step 2: Confirm OE number (alternative)
If the original compressor label is readable:
• Label shows DCP99520 → BH32125
• Label shows RE284680 → BH32126
Step 3: Verify pulley
Both models use PV8 (8-groove). Confirm the tractor crankshaft pulley is also 8-groove. If groove count differs, contact us for variant availability.

Quality Control
Leak test: Housing charged with high-pressure nitrogen; welds, seals, and fittings checked for leakage. Units exceeding leak rate limits are not shipped.
Clutch engagement test: Rated voltage (12V or 24V) applied; engagement smoothness and release verified. Units with engagement current deviating more than ±5% from standard are re-adjusted.
Pulley face runout: Held within 0.15mm. Excessive runout causes cyclic belt stretching, accelerating fatigue failure.
Mounting hole go/no-go gauge: Bolt holes checked individually to verify diameter tolerance.
