This automotive compressor with clutch series includes:
BH67101 - Audi Q5
6SEU14C externally controlled variable displacement, PV6 pulley. Clutch air gap and engagement parameters calibrated at factory to Audi Q5 ECU logic.
BH67105 - BMW E90 '06
6SEU14C externally controlled variable displacement, PV6 pulley. Same platform as BH67101, different mounting feet for BMW E90 '06.
BH32104 - Mitsubishi Pajero V73
10S17C fixed displacement, PV7 pulley. Fixed displacement; clutch on/off controls compressor start-stop, suited to the Pajero's harsh off-road conditions.
BH15169 - 5H14 24V
5H14 fixed displacement, 24V, 2A pulley. Universal mounting feet fit light trucks and construction equipment. 2A double-groove maintains operation if one belt breaks.
Installation Convenience
Compared to purchasing a compressor body alone:

- 100% leak test
- Clutch engagement function test
- Clutch air gap inspection (0.4-0.6mm)
- Coil insulation resistance test (≥50MΩ)
