Loader Compressor

Our Loader Compressor is compatible with a wide range of loader brands. It is available in five models: BH111104, BH155118, BH233181, BH501133, and BH501134.

• BH111104 fits Caterpillar 305 and Bobcat loaders. It is a 1A/125/12V model.
• BH155118 is a 5H14 type with a 2A/132/24V configuration. It fits Xindu Aolan and ShanGong loaders.
• BH233181 is a 7H15 type with a 2A/132/24V configuration. It is suitable for ShanGong and Liugong loaders.
• BH501133 and BH501134 are both 10PA15C types with PV8/135 pulleys. The only difference is the voltage: one is 24V and the other is 12V. They fit Shantui 135 and Lishide loaders.

From 12V to 24V and from 1A to PV8 configurations, we offer a complete range of options. That is the advantage of one-stop sourcing for your compressor needs.

Our factory operates two main production lines. One manufactures compressors for fuel-powered vehicles, while the other serves new energy vehicles. This Loader Compressor is produced on our fuel-vehicle production line.

On this line, we use automated assembly equipment, while workers focus on critical inspections and adjustments. This ensures a high level of consistency across all compressors, with no variation caused by loose or overly tight assembly.

We also use electrical performance testing equipment. For both 12V and 24V models, we test the electromagnetic clutch's engagement voltage and current. This ensures reliable clutch operation even when vehicle voltage fluctuates.

These are 100% inspections, not random sample checks. Every product must pass all tests before packaging. We are confident that the compressor you receive will perform just as well as the sample retained in our laboratory.

• A first order typically requires 20 to 30 days for delivery, while a repeat order can be completed in as little as 15 to 20 days.

• We support EXW, FOB, and other international trade terms. Payments can be made in USD. Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment, although flexible arrangements may be discussed.
