Made for Kobelco Small Excavators
Our Special Compressor for Construction Machinery is designed specifically for Kobelco excavators. It is available in five models: BH22106, BH22107, BH22108, BH22114, and BH22115. All are 7H13 types, with differences in mounting positions and specifications:
- BH22106: 1B/146/12V, for small Kobelco excavators.
- BH22107: 1B/146/24V, for Kobelco rear press SK-6.
- BH22108: 1B/146/24V, for Kobelco front press SK-8.
- BH22114: 1A/125/24V, for Kobelco single-A front press.
- BH22115: 8PK/119/24V, for Kobelco front press 8PK.
Kobelco excavators come in many models with different mounting configurations. We produce separate molds for each model to ensure a precise fit. That is the level of attention to detail you can expect from this compressor.

We supply compressors to many OE truck manufacturers in China, which means our production standards meet strict factory requirements. These are not lower-grade aftermarket parts.
For example, our 7H13 models use ADC14 aluminum alloy with wall thickness 10% higher than standard parts. Kobelco small excavators often operate in engine rooms exceeding 100°C, and insufficient housing thickness can lead to bending.
We also use CNC precision machining, with tolerances within 0.01 mm. The valve plate and cylinder body surfaces are extremely flat, ensuring excellent sealing. Your customers can install our Special Compressor for Construction Machinery and expect three to five years of leak-free operation, which is standard for us.
Packing and Shipping to Your Requirements
- We follow your packing template. If you have custom boxes, we use them; otherwise, we use standard export cartons with foam inserts and dividers to protect the compressors during sea or air freight.
- We support EXW and FOB shipping terms. Common ports include Shanghai and Ningbo, with experienced freight forwarders handling booking and customs clearance efficiently.
- Payment follows the contract: typically 30% prepayment and 70% balance before shipment, though terms can be discussed. With years of experience in international trade, we understand the expectations of overseas buyers and ensure smooth transactions.
