Our Engineering Vehicle AC Compressor is designed for Volvo construction equipment. It is available in five models: BH22109, BH23165, BH23166, BH23136, and BH23221.

• BH22109 is a 7H13 type, 2A/132/12V, designed for small Volvo excavators.
• BH23165 and BH23166 are both 7H15 types for Volvo machines. BH23165 is 2A/132/24V, while BH23166 is 8PK/132/24V.
• BH23136 is an 8PK/176/24V model for the Volvo S400.
• BH23221 is a 10PK/125/24V model for the Volvo 6106.

Our factory is equipped with NVH testing equipment, and we conduct noise testing on samples from every production batch. For example, our 7H15 models, BH23165 and BH23166, produce less than 70 dB of noise at idle, which is below the industry average.

We also perform vibration testing and use electrical performance testers to verify that the electromagnetic clutch engages smoothly and reliably. End users may not know the technical reasons behind it, but they will appreciate the quieter and more comfortable operating environment. In turn, that helps strengthen your reputation in the market.
