Compressors are manufactured using an assembly line method. Components such as the cylinder block, piston (shaft), valve plates, connecting rods, crankshaft, and end covers are manufactured in the machining workshop (including casting); the rotor and stator are assembled in the motor workshop; and the housing is manufactured in the stamping workshop. Then, in the final assembly workshop, they are assembled, welded, cleaned, and dried, and finally inspected, packaged, and shipped.
Most compressor manufacturers do not produce starters and thermal protectors; instead, they purchase them from the market as needed.
