The swashplate is the core component of the compressor; it is an inclined disc connected to the drive shaft. When the drive shaft rotates, the swashplate rotates as well. Piston: The piston is connected to the swashplate via a connecting rod, thus converting the rotational motion of the swashplate into the reciprocating linear motion of the piston within the cylinder. Cylinder: The cylinder is the space where the piston moves. When the piston moves within the cylinder, it changes the volume, thereby achieving gas compression and intake. Valve Plate: The valve plate controls the entry and exit of gas, ensuring that the compressor can properly perform the intake and compression processes.
